Ingredients

  • 60ml Whiskey
  • 25ml Pineapple Juice
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Gomme Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice
  • Pineapple and cherries, to garnish 

Directions

  1. Dry shake your egg white in the shaker to create a foam.
  2. Add whiskey, pineapple juice, lemon juice and gomme syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Strain into glass and garnish with pineapple and cherries.
