The Blackberry Martini Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• 40ml Gin
• 40ml Lillet Blanc (A French still wine, brandy, herbs)
• 10ml Crème de Mûre
• ½ tsp Absinthe (optional)
• Lemon twist, or Rosemary sprig, to garnish

Directions

1. Add all your ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill.
2. Strain into a martini or coupe glass.
3. Garnish with Lemon twist and Rosemary spring.
