Ingredients
- 40ml Dark Rum
- 40ml White rum
- 15ml Almond Syrup (e.g. Orgeat Syrup)
- 20ml Lime Juice
- Pineapple Juice to top
- Optional: Mint leaves, cherries & pineapple chunk to garnish
Directions
- Combine the Rums, Lime Juice and Almond Syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds to chill & combine.
- Strain between 2 tall glasses over fresh ice.
- Top with Pineapple Juice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint, a cherry & a pinapple chunk. Enjoy!
