  • 40ml Dark Rum
  • 40ml White rum 
  • 15ml Almond Syrup (e.g. Orgeat Syrup)
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • Pineapple Juice to top
  • Optional: Mint leaves, cherries & pineapple chunk to garnish


  1. Combine the Rums, Lime Juice and Almond Syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds to chill & combine. 
  2. Strain between 2 tall glasses over fresh ice. 
  3. Top with Pineapple Juice. 
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint, a cherry & a pinapple chunk. Enjoy!
