French 75 Raspberry Sorbet Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• 30ml Gin
• 20ml Lemon Juice
• 1tsp Honey
• 1 scoop Raspberry Sorbet
• Sparkling Wine / Prosecco

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker except sparkling wine.
2. Shake then pour into serving glass.
3. Top with sparkling wine.
4. Garnish with raspberries.
