Ingredients

45ml White Rum
45ml Vodka
Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
100ml Coconut Cream
60ml Pineapple Juice
Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake well.
Taste and adjust according to your preferences.
Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge (optional).
