Ingredients
- 45ml Absolut Vanilia
- 25ml Passion Fruit Purée
- 15ml Vanilla Syrup
- 1 Slice Pineapple
- 1 Half Passion Fruit
Directions
- Grab a shaker and add in a slice of pineapple & muddle.
- Add ice & pour Absolut Vanilia, passion fruit pulp, vanilla syrup, and passion fruit purée into the shaker & shake.
- Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top off your cocktail with a floating half passion fruit.
- Serve alongside a shot of Champagne.
