  • 4 cups Frozen Pineapple
  • 120ml Tequila
  • 120ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 30ml Gomme Syrup
  • Chili Salt for rim
  • Optional: Garnish with Pineapple Wedge and Lime Wheel


  1. Add frozen pineapple, Tequila, Coconut Milk, Lime Juice and Gomme to a blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Add Chili Salt to a shallow dish.
  3. Run a lime wedge around the rims of your cocktail glasses to moisten and submerge in the Chili Salt mixture until coated.
  4. Pour cocktail mixture to your glasses and garnish with a Pineapple Wedge and Lime Wheel.
