Ingredients
- 4 cups Frozen Pineapple
- 120ml Tequila
- 120ml Coconut Milk
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 30ml Gomme Syrup
- Chili Salt for rim
- Optional: Garnish with Pineapple Wedge and Lime Wheel
Directions
- Add frozen pineapple, Tequila, Coconut Milk, Lime Juice and Gomme to a blender, blend until smooth.
- Add Chili Salt to a shallow dish.
- Run a lime wedge around the rims of your cocktail glasses to moisten and submerge in the Chili Salt mixture until coated.
- Pour cocktail mixture to your glasses and garnish with a Pineapple Wedge and Lime Wheel.
