- 60ml Whiskey
- 3 dashes Bitters
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 10ml Absinthe
- Fill a tumbler with ice and leave aside to chill.
- In a mixing glass (or bottom of a shaker) muddle the sugar cube and bitters.
- Add the Whiskey and stir well.
- Discard the ice from the tumbler and rinse the inside of the glass with the Absinthe. (Discard the liquid once done).
- Pour the Whiskey mixture into the glass. Add a lemon twist to garnish.
