Pornstar Martini Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• 50ml Vodka
• 15ml Gomme syrup
• 20ml Pineapple juice
• 25ml Prosecco
• 1 passion fruit, halved and pulp scooped out, plus extra ½ to garnish
• Ice

Directions

1. Combine Vodka, Gomme syrup, Passion fruit pulp, Pineapple juice and Ice  cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20-30 seconds.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the passion fruit half and serve with a shot of prosecco on the side.
