Ingredients
- 50ml Vodka
- 15ml Gomme syrup
- 20ml Pineapple juice
- 25ml Prosecco
- 1 passion fruit, halved and pulp scooped out, plus extra ½ to garnish
- Ice
Directions
- Combine Vodka, Gomme syrup, Passion fruit pulp, Pineapple juice and Ice cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20-30 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the passion fruit half and serve with a shot of prosecco on the side.
