Ingredients
- 45ml Rum
- 60ml Prosecco
- 25ml Gomme Syrup
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Bitters
- 6 fresh mint leaves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except prosecco in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20-30 seconds.
- Strain and pour into a coupe glass and top with prosecco.
- Garnish with a fresh mint leaf and serve.
