Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• 25ml Vodka 
• 25ml White Rum
• 25ml Tequila
• 25ml Gin
• 25ml Triple Sec
• 25ml Gomme Syrup
• 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• Cola to top

Directions

1. Combine the Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Gin, Triple Sec, Gomme and Lemon Juice in a shaker with ice. Shake for 10-20 seconds. 
2. Strain into a highball glass over ice. 
3. Top with cola and garnish with a lemon wedge.
