Classic Gimlet Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• 60ml Gin
• 30ml Lime Juice
• 15ml Gomme Syrup
• Optional: Garnish with a freeze-dried Lime Wheel

Directions

1. Fill your shaker 3/4 with ice & add all ingredients. 
2. Shake for 20 seconds to combine & chill. 
3. Strain into a Cocktail Coupe.
4. Garnish with a Lime Wheel & enjoy!
