- 100ml Gin
- 45ml Cherry Liqueur
- 30ml Gomme Syrup
- 60 ml Lemon Juice
- Lemon or Mint to garnish
- Combine gin, cherry liqueur, gomme syrup and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake for 10-20 seconds.
- Muddle mint leaves into the bottom of a glass. Add ice and strain mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge or mint leaves.
