Bourbon & Whiskey, Other Liqueurs


  • 120ml Bourbon
  • 60ml Lemon Juice
  • 30ml Gomme Syrup 
  • 1 Egg White (or 10ml Aquafaba as a vegan alternative)
  • Optional: Fresh or freeze-dried lemon wheel to garnish


  1. Dry shake your egg white in the shaker to create a foam.
  2. Add ice & all other ingredients then shake hard for 10-20 seconds. 
  3. Strain between 2 cocktail coupes to serve. 
  4. Garnish with a freeze-dried lemon wheel
