Ingredients
- 45ml Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Gomme Syrup
- 90ml Sparkling Rosè
- Optional: Lemon twist to garnish
Directions
- Add Gin, Lemon Juice & Gomme Syrup into your shaker with ice & shake for 10-20 seconds.
- Strain into Champagne flute and top off with Sparkling Rosè
- Garnish with Lemon twist and Rosemary spring.
