Ingredients
- 90ml Gin
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 30ml Gomme Syrup
- Champagne
- Mint Leaves
Directions
- Combine the Gin, lemon juice and gomme syrup with 8 torn mint leaves in a shaker with ice.
- Shake for 20 seconds.
- Pour between two cocktail coupes or champagne glasses.
- Top with bubbles and garnish with a sprig of mint.
