Mint Star Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• 30ml Amarula (or alternative creamy liqueur)
• 15ml White Rum
• 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
• Sprig of Mint

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. 
2. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. 
3. Garnish with an extra sprig of mint, chocolate shavings or a splash of chocolate sauce in your glass.
