Blended Mudslide Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• 30ml Espresso Liqueur
• 30ml Vodka
• 30ml cream liqueur (eg. Baileys)
• 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream 
• ½ cup of ice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. 
2. Pour into a tumbler and serve cold. 
3. Top with cream, a sprig of mint and a light shaving of chocolate to garnish.
