- 30ml Espresso Liqueur
- 30ml Vodka
- 30ml cream liqueur (eg. Baileys)
- 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup of ice
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tumbler and serve cold.
- Top with cream, a sprig of mint and a light shaving of chocolate to garnish.
