Ingredients
- 45ml White Rum
 - 15ml Gomme Syrup
 - 10ml Lime Juice
 - Soda Water
 - Fresh Mint and a Fresh Lime
 
Directions
- Cut your lime into 8 pieces. Add 6 pieces to a highball glass with 5-6 mint leaves.
 - Muddle the limes and mint in the bottom of your glass to release flavours.
 - Fill your glass with ice and add Rum and Gomme Syrup.
 - Using a spoon, gently combine the ingredients with the lime and mint.
 - Top with soda water and garnish with remaining lime and a sprig of mint.
