Ingredients
- 120ml Gin
- 60ml Lemon Juice
- 30ml Grenadine Syrup
- 1 Egg White (or 10ml Aquafaba as a vegan alternative)
- Optional: Fresh or freeze-dried raspberries to garnish
Directions
- Dry shake your egg white in the shaker to create a foam.
- Add ice & all other ingredients then shake hard for 10-20 seconds.
- Strain between 2 cocktail coupes to serve.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of freeze-dried raspberry, or 2 fresh raspberries on a cocktail stick & enjoy!
