MAKE A BERRY GIN FIZZ COCKTAIL
A sprightly cocktail fit for spring!
To tame tartness and for a smoother finish, add an egg white (or chickpea brine) to your shaker for a deliciously rich texture and beautiful foamy cocktail crown.
- ¾ fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Combine into your shaker:
- 50ml Solace Cranberry & Raspberry Gin
- 30ml CC Lemon Juice
- 30ml CC Gomme Syrup
- Optional - 1 Egg White for a fluffy foamy cocktail
- Shake your ingredients for 10-15 seconds
- Pour into a long glass
- Top with dash of East Imperial Soda Water
- Serve with a straw and enjoy
