Bright and bursting with summer flavours this vibrant Gin is distilled with Pinot Grigio grapes harvested in Friuli in the north of Italy. Famously light, the Italian Pinot Grigio grape gives this Gin its distinct flavour, gives this gin its unique texture and brings about an underlying aroma.
Juniper berries are hand sourced from the rolling hills of Tuscany and the green heart of Umbria, where juniper crops grow at high elevations amongst wildflowers making them smaller, higher grade, more complex, and fruity than juniper from other areas.
Southern Italy is blessed with a Mediterranean climate. Sunny hot days and cold nights give citrus fruits a typical sweetness and taste that is very difficult to find anywhere else in the world.
