Mixing London Dry Gin with lime and Gomme Syrup, The Gimlet is an easy and ideal cocktail to enjoy with the girls. Call it a ‘Gin Night In’ with friends or choose to take it out to share, this compact cocktail box is features 3 delicious ingredients and 3 simple steps to bliss – combine, shake and pour.

 - 500ml London Dry Gin
 - 200ml Gomme Syrup
 - 350ml Pure Lime Juice
 - Dual-sided Stainless Steel Spirit Measure
 - Easy-to-follow Recipe Card

You’ll need:
 - Glasses - contemporary tumblers or cocktail coupes
 - A cocktail shaker and strainer
 - Ice 

Follow these simple steps to make TWO serves:

  1. COMBINE – into your cocktail shaker 
    - Ice 
    - 6 parts Gin, 2 parts Gomme Syrup
    - 4 parts Lime Juice
  2. SHAKE – firmly for 10-20 seconds.
  3. POUR – evenly into your two glasses 

TO GARNISH OR NOT TO GARNISH – if that is the question, there’s no shame in going au natural or perhaps opt to dress your drink with a slice of lime or a pretty edible flower.
