The French 75 blends Gin and lemon flavours with French bubbles and cherries making it the ultimate celebration cocktail.  Whether it’s a formal event or an intimate affair, this champagne cocktail ensures you mark the occasion in style.

 - 500ml London Dry Gin
 - 200ml Gomme Syrup
 - 350ml Pure Lemon Juice
 - 5 x 200ml Veuve Du Vernay Brut
 - Maraschino Cherries
 - Dual-sided stainless steel spirit measure
 - Easy-to-follow Recipe Card

You’ll need:
 - Champagne flutes
 - A cocktail shaker and strainer
 - Ice

Follow these simple steps to make TWO serves:

  1. COMBINE – into your cocktail shaker 
    - Ice
    - 4 parts Gin, 2 parts Gomme Syrup
    - 2 parts Lemon Juice
  2. SHAKE – firmly for 10-20 seconds.
  3. POUR – using a strainer pour evenly into your two flutes. Top each with a half bottle of Veuve Du Vernay
  4. GARNISH – pop a maraschino cherry into each flute
