We all have times throughout life when we need to go alcohol-free but still want to enjoy a drink and be part of the social events we’re at. That’s life.  So for those times when you don’t want to miss out or want to provide for sober drivers, support family on a health kick or mums-to-be, we’ve created the Cocktail Collective Mockarita. 

A box full of deliciousness that makes 10 tasty mocktails designed to deliver all the flavour of a classic citrus and ginger cocktail but with zero alcohol. Also includes a set of raw straws, spirit measure and lemon powder for a sweetened glass rim.

 


350ml CC Lime Juice
200ml CC Gomme Syrup
200ml Triple Sec Syrup
4 x 150ml East Imperial Ginger Beer
Lemon Powder
Raw Straws
A Spirit Measure

You’ll need:
 - Tall glasses 
 - A cocktail shaker
 - A saucer of water
 - A saucer of lemon powder
 - Crushed ice 

Follow these simple steps to make TWO serves:

  1. PREP – Wet the rim of your glasses by dipping them into your saucer of water, then dip into the saucer of lemon powder. 
  2. COMBINE – into your shaker:
     - Crushed ice (1/2 full)
     - 2 parts Lime Juice
     - 1 part Gomme Syrup 
     - 1 part Triple Sec Syrup
  3. SHAKE - firmly for 10-20 seconds
  4. POUR – fill your glasses with fresh ice and pour shaker contents into each. Top with 1/2 bottle of Ginger Beer and pop in a straw to complete.

GARNISH TIP – pop a lemon wednge into each glass and a slice on the rim for extra colour and flavour.
