Cocktail deliveries - keeping you up to speed during lockdown

Cocktail Collective is open for business and shipping orders nationwide across NZ throughout all Covid-19 alert  levels, including Level 4.

As the Government has advised:

"Off-licence holders (like Cocktail Collective) who's licence allows them to sell and deliver alcohol remotely, can do so through contactless delivery in Level 4". 

"The agreed quantity for spirits purchased must be no more than the customs/duty free allowance which is 3 bottles (or other containers) of spirits or liqueur (each bottle or container can hold a maximum of 1.125 litres) per order."

As Cocktail Collective has always been an online, ecommerce business, not too much will change in the way we operate. Our team are taking extra precautions to ensure social distancing and safety protocols are being met during this time.

Delivery times:

Cocktail Collective partners with courier networks who are working hard to maintain delivery service levels across courier services for essential deliveries, including food, beverages and essential home items.

We have been advised that the courier netwiorks are currently experiencing some delays whihc means for Cocktail Collective orders, we are currently working to:

2-4 days Auckland addresses
2-4 days delivery to North Island addresses outside Auckland
2-4 days delivery to South Island addresses

We’ll continue to work closely with our couriers to ensure we can keep you updated on any changes that might affect delivery timelines. If delivery timelines change  significantly we will communicate these changes via our social media platforms (FB & Insta @cocktailcollectivenz), via email to our customers and on our websitehere.

You’ll be able to track the delivery progress of your orders also, via the tracking information you’ll receive with your order confirmation.
